Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in Stamford, CT? Look no further than 101 Park Place! As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at 101 Park Place. Our community is right across the street from the Commons Park dog park. After taking your furry friend on a walk or after he or she has a “pawsome” time at the dog park, don’t forget to stop by the front desk for a treat!
Pet Policy
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. We are pet-friendly with an aggressive breed restriction. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $500 per pet. Monthly pet rent will be charged: $35/cat and $50/dog.
